3:45 A.M.: Wrong timing, i would have probably gone back to sleep, but it served as an advantage for me to prepare myself very early as well as properly for work and after which i may have a little cup of tea, then a bit of rest before leaving for work. This doesn't happen always.
A great deal of rest is sometimes observed inside my shop at this time of the day, for some couple of minutes.
8:15 A.M.: In my previous posts, i should have mentioned were my shop was located, actually it was located somewhere at Okija, Mile 1 Diobu, Port Harcourt in Rivers state. It is a place where you can actually get any kind of electrical and electronics materials and appliances.
Okija's busy nature together with that of Ikoku, which is so close to it can be compared with that of Ariaria market at Aba, Abia state to some extent.
My sales were majorly based on conduit and surface pipe of any kind and wires as well, but i also had on sales other industrial materials; like industrial fans...
I received a call from a good friend of mine who was into business but different fron mine. His shop was located at Mile 3, Ada George, it is an area were dealers on the buying and selling of tiles, plumbing and toilet materials base on.
He dealth on the sales of tiles and he called to actually tell me how he was making plans on traveling abroad to continue his business.

12:20 P.M.: I would often motivate my boy to go out and hustle for new customers by any good means possible. Sometimes it gets bored when you arejust sitted at your shop with no customer to attend to.
I had for more than twice intended having a sales girl rather secretary who would always be around while my boy and i will go hustling for new customers together.
You know, when ever you think of all the responsibilities that awaits you, you will always feel the need to do something in order to be able to handle the responsibilities and even the future ones.
I had two younger ones to take care of and am still young as well, not married yet.
2:45 P.M.: I almost forgot to take the meat that remained at the plate i used to eat, though i had already paid for the food i ate.
It happened because my boy called me while i was at Madam Chinasa's restaurant. He called to inform me that there was a big customer who needed to rub minds with a matured individual, you should understand that kind of a customer.
It took me less that five minutes to get to my shop, and the so called big customer was patient enough till i arrived and attended to him.
We do hope that such people ends up buying a lot, and trust me they do but few don't.
We exchanged business cards before the big customer left my shop and after buying goods worth up to three hundred thousand naira. Was i smiling or i wasn't? The amount could tell.
Apprentist can be smart sometimes, and they always have good timing:

4:50 P.M.: As the hours clocks towards closing time, there ways always need to clear some debts cause sometimes i could be a debtor, i was not the only one who gave out goods to line customers, i also do collect theirs.
I was so glad for this one customer who came by this time and listed goods he came by the next day to buy, i often gave out my business cards to especially new customers.
Sometimes, when it was around six to six-thirty, we do intentionally increase the prices of goods to late customers due to lack of or no competition amongst business men cause most people might have closed by then.
6:50 A.M.: I decided to stop by a butcher's shop and bought fried meat that kept our mouth busy till we got home.
Filling stations were always crowded and queued up with cars, and i don't mind joining the long queue.
