Words of thanks

Two days after my birthday, this is the 7th day of March and we are still in the Pisces era of the Zodiac signs, some are still celebrating their birthdays, some will still celebrate theirs, some have celebrated theirs already; some like me.

While some are being born, some will still be born, and some have already been born. That is one side of this mystery of life that we cannot really comprehend, we just have to live with it.

This may be late or a little bit late, like i would have done this yesterday. Yesterday happens to be the day i had several classes i taught and also as a Corps Member, i did my clearance which took some hours of the day.

I also went to the market, as it was regarded a market day here were i reside. My visit at the market took most of the hours of the day. Though it was a funny experience at the market as i will write about that in my next post tomorrow.

Actually, what i intend doing yesterday was to show my sincere gratitude, joy, excitement as well as my words of thanks over the love, support, wishes and remembrance you guys showed to me on the day of my birthday.

I thank and appreciate each and everyone of you, am grateful, honored and pleased as well. You all are my world and you mean a lot to me.

I also thank God for the gift of life and what more could i wish for rather than more life, blessings, mercy and grace.

I was filled with joy and happiness yesterday, while going through some of the essays my students wrote regarding my birthday. Fuchong, a student of mine wrote and i quote:

Step by step the journey goes on, little by little, it may seem so slow and long. Forget about your past; you cannot change it, forget about your future; you cannot predict it correctly, just think about the present; you can handle it, enjoy every moment and be happy... Happy Birthday to you!

Blessing Abdu wrote:

Cause today is your day, its an opportunity for you to know that you are special and special things are for you today. I wish you all the best, happy birthday!

I could not stop smiling by the essay written by Feniel Solomon and i quote:

Uncle the only thing again i will tell you is that you should stop following bad friends in your life, they are the kind of people that can change your heart from the word of God. And also not to follow girls that do not know God.

In all things that you do in your life, you should seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all things shall be added unto you.

Lastly, you should stop using other teachers' period. It is not that am ordering  you but am only advising you. Wishing you happy birthday!

 I felt loved by my students after i went through all the essays.

I did almost nothing today rather than everything i could do. Though it's a little boring. My life goes on.
