My apprentice just told me that $10 dollar is such a huge amount of money and with it i can do many things and even have a reasonable balance to save and spend more. I wonder were he initiates his thought from.
He also said things that i could use a $10 dollar for which includes but are not limited to building of 2 sets of three storey buildings, buying of 20 sets of jeep(Infinite); come and beat him, he's in my house right now.
Meanwhile i have told him to go outside the house so that i can faint all alone, my style of fainting requires enough space.
Actually what prompted this hilarious experience i had with him was when i actually told him that i am tired of this country and am also making plans to supply electrical materials to a white man in America. And when am done with the supply of goods, i would prefer to stay back in America and be an apprentice for the white man, of which after my service to him i will be settled with $10 dollars to begin my own business over there.
But come to think of it, that i got a contract supply job in America. Well am not saying that it's not possible; of course it is possible, who wouldn't be wise enough to secure such opportunity when it comes eventually.
At last the question i should really consider is this; what would actually prompt such a contract supply? Does it mean that Nigeria has become a production country on the field of electrical and its likes, that other countries have to depend on her for distribution and supply? A country like America?
Wishes! Sometimes i do not advocate for wishes, because it makes one feels so jobless, pointless and lazy as well. I would have to admit that wishes are for the lazy ones. It demands you to be at a point in time and thinking of most impossible things thereby whiling away time and factor.
Back to my apprentice, this is the issue am still battling with him; you know this is the kind of thing that was prevalent with some of us while we were still small and tender. Our imaginations of the other states abroad used to be very funny at times, most especially when we begin to remember those things we used to do, imagined, say and think of.
I could remember watching the movie titled; 'Back from America', which major characters where 'Aki and Paw paw', as they were popularly known. Also the movies, 'Mama G in America', 'Ossuofia in London', please correct me if am wrong. These movies and a lot more made us had a wide range of imaginations and wishes to travel out and explore those wonderful nations.
