Nigerian Army Officially Opens Complaint Center Where Nigerians Can Report Soldiers For Maltreating A Civilian

The Nigerian Army has finally created and released a code for complaint where people can easily access and lay their complains of abuses from the Nigerian soldiers.
According to the Director, Civil Military Affairs, Solomon Kumapayi, the army would respond promptly to complaints of human rights abuses by civilians against any of its personnel worldwide. Check out their website for more
