It was gathered that on of the surviving suspects of last week's insurgency attacks in Spain has reveal to a court some impending bigger atrocities were been planned by the insurgency group.
The Spanish newspaper El Mundo, reported that the suspect Mohamed Houli Chemlal told the law court that the cell which they were put in were actually planning another strike on some of Barcelona's best known monuments, including the Sagrada Familia church.
Chemlal, 21-year-old together with four men appeared at the Madrid's National Court to testify for the first time on the plans they have made in their next plot.
The Spanish judge made the rulings below after the hearing, which was public by RTVE broadcaster.
Two of the suspects, Mohamed Houli Chemlal and Driss Oukabir, will both be charged with murder, membership of a terror organisation and the possession of explosives. They are currently being held and locked up in prison without bail.
The third suspect, named Salah el Karib, will continuously be detained for another 72 hours while serious investigation is been furthered.
And finally the fourth one, named Mohammed Aalla will have to be released on bail because the evidence against him is weak.
