Akinwunmi Ambode unveiled the Liberation Statue of the Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti at Allen Avenue roundabout, Ikeja.

The Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode unveiled the Liberation Statue of the Afro-beat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti at Allen Avenue roundabout, Ikeja, on Sunday 15th of October, which would have been Fela's 79th birthday.

He then went with his retinue to observe a command live performance by Femi Kuti at the New Afrika Shrine, Ikeja as the 2017 Felabration wraps up.
