Drunk man who forgot his car at a beer parlor and raised false alarm that it was stolen, lands in police net

A man named Jude have been arrested by the Nigerian police in Lagos for raising a false alarm, he was said to have drank to stupor and forgot his ca at a beer parlour and went home, then by 3:30 am the next day, he went to the police station to report that his car has been stolen from his residence.

The police later recovered the car where it was parked few meters away from the beer parlour, during their investigation. All items were still in the car. He was detained briefly and counselled before he was allowed to go.
