Yesterday been on Wednesday, the Osun State Police Command paraded two suspects of involving in ritual activities, like evil ritual activities. The suspects where said to be specialised in duping and defrauding unsuspected members of the public under the disguise of being herbalists.
Mr. Fimihan Adeoye, the state commissioner of police at the Force headquarters, Osogbo, paraded the two suspects, Jimoh Sherif, 20 and Yusuf Taofeek, aged 21.
The commissioner said that the suspects were arrested on 6th October, 2017, upon tip-off by some vigilant residents of Jamodo junction, Ifo-Osun, where their shrine was uncovered by the police.
The revelations came to the notice of the Police Operatives that some cultists/ritualists with code name "Zone II (Two)" at Jamodo junction, Ifon-Osun, headed by one Sehidu, Aliu, also known as 'Alaga' who has gone missing and apparently at large, usually assemble at the den.
According to him, they brandish guns and cutlasses before their victims. However, it was reported that most of their victims were those who patronised them for money rituals.
